Maxtech Ventures Inc. has announced a split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of three (3) new shares for one (1) old share. 

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening, April 29, 2015.  Disclosure documents are available at www.theCSE.com  

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, April 28, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
