Montego Resources Inc. will be reinstated for trading at the market open on July 8, 2020. The Company has rectified the default situation that gave rise to the suspension, however the Exchange has determined that Montego Resources Inc. (the “Issuer”) has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.

Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete any financing without prior Exchange approval.

2017-0120 – Consolidation - Montego Resources Inc. (MY)

Montego Resources Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for each ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.  No fractional shares will be issued. Any fraction of a share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,357,883.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on February 1, 2017.
