Maitri Health Technologies Corp. has announced a one (1) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one (1) additional shares for each share held on such date.

The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on December 29, 2020.

Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 33,660,590 shares issued and outstanding.

The Exchange has determined that Dizun International Enterprises Inc. (the “Issuer”) has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.

Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete any financing without prior Exchange approval.

In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.
