Grand Peak Capital Corp. has announced a three (3) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares.  Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will received two additional shares for each share held on such date.

The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on May 16, 2019.

Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 108,557,940 shares issued and outstanding.

Grand Peak Capital Corp.  is in default of CSE requirements. Effective immediately, Grand Peak will be suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.  A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission and the British Columbia Securities Commission.
